yeah, kinda. each jungle camp gave you one stack. blue/red were two, i think. and dragon/baron were 5. i think at either 15, or 30, it became sated, and your auto attacks did nearly 4x true damage. so attack speed heavy champs would build only that item, and them full tank, and literally kill people with like 2-4 auto attacks. shyvana/yi were probably the biggest offenders.

ADC = attack damage carry. If you're not building things that up your damage, it's a waste. Zeal items are good for that because they increase your crit rate as well as your AS on top of dope passives, so it's a win-win-win. Something that simply increases your MR and AS has no place on an ADC.

Wit's End is a weird item. If you need MR on an ADC, Maw is just the better choice if you aren't going for Mercurial (which should always be your choice) for some weird-ass reason.
