Kensei. Limited, slow, doesn't have much going on and is heavily reliant on mix ups.
Lawbringer almost, but that charge attack and environmentals can make them rely on scum tactics.
Maybe Valk but the sweep spam is cheap as fuck. Possibly Raider but again, they can easily use the environment. I guess with their limitations it makes sense, but it doesn't make it any less frustrating.

Most skilled to use is such a tough question to answer though.
Because using a complex character to its full ability complete with its gamebreaking bullshit is sort of a performance art in itself.
While a player able to hold their own with a simplistic lump of crap is also skilled by using gamesense to win with a simpler character.

The point is the daze. Raider has very limited guaranteed hits, it's basically all mindgames and feints. You can land a guaranteed overhead heavy after knocking someone down who has no stamina, and you can land a guaranteed zone attack after a guard break. There's also a finicky guaranteed heavy after throwing an enemy into a wall from a almost max distance. That's just about it.

Shugoki doesn't have an 'unbreakable stance'. He has ONE hit of armor at ALL times, even if he's doing nothing. It regenerates if he's not hit for a few moments. You can literally walk through an attack and just hit them in the face

>left side heavy while pushing forward into zone

I think they're less capable, yes. With the HUD turned off mid fight and the screen all fucky even the best players are more likely to let an attack hit them. It's not guaranteed, but it gives a better chance.

It does though. The player is being provided with less information and has to rely purely on the animation direction to get to block, let alone a parry.
Just cause his area and overhead heavy are easy to see doesn't mean side heavies or lights from any direction would be easy to block.
A lot of moves on the short side are barely even visible without HUD, especially when the camera is against the wall.
