If you want to status meme get rid of infected clip, add heavy caliber, replace storm with high voltage

After blinking twice, I realized you don't have serration on there. Replace Infected clip with serration, stormbringer with heavy caliber, thermite with high voltage, then slot in your riven.
You can't get close to 100% status if you want to do actual damage to enemies via serration and heavy caliber, it's not worth it.

Eff is always your dump stat. Rage is mandatory. Vitality + Steel fiber + decent str/dur symbiotic link = you're effectively unkillable.

If you're too lazy to forma, or you don't like the idea of building yourself into a corner options-wise, the answer is going to be: most of them.

Get a couple copies, keep to at even ranks, slot in odd versions for any particular build.
Autism, personal min-max'ing, or otherwise you should do what makes sense to you.

In the case of the second, some enemies won't get pulled in (this is a problem with a lot of other CC abilities). Enemies like Drones, oxium ospreys, roller balls? Mutalist ospreys

When you spawn the pod it sends out tendrils to enemies within range. If there are no enemies in range then no tendrils spawn and the 2 disappears. The 2 also disappears if all enemies in it's core are killed. As long as the 2 is in contact with an enemy either via it's tendrils or it's center it will persist until it's duration runs out. If there are enemies in range the tendrils will pull them to its center. However, enemies behind cover or obstacles will sometimes not be pulled from cover and the tendrils will continuously grasp them. The tendrils ARE touching these enemies so the 2 persists.

Multishot is nice but only after you hit 100 status chance which is 300% cumulatively
either 60% riven + 4 dual stat mods
or 120% riven and 3 dual stats (I prefer this due to elemental combos)
After that, multishot will increase the number of procs you get with each volley of pellets by increasing how many there are
You can also go for straight up damage/multishot/etc, but 100% stauts is the main meme you can get with Kohm rivens
