There isn't much information about Relius even going with BBlore. He is supposed to have gone "oh the soul is a tiny light so anything else is a tool and worthless" at some point, and iirc that was way before he even met and married Ignis. I'm myself not so well versed on the spin-offs but at least he seems to have been not so sociopathic and emotionally dull when with Valkenhayn.

I know gags are just supposed to be gags, but there it is shown that Relius is capable -and he was in the "main" universe- of being a good husband and dad, and even with doll!Ignis he has normal convos like Carl does with Nirvana!Ada. So unless I have missed something, he is a weird case because the chronology is weird with him and unless you believe he was playing a very long ruse just for the evulz, it doesn't line up that well.

I think Bobmiya isn't Enhance, but genuinely a Shirou who went full Mind of Steel and learned how to produce Origin Bullets by studying Natalia's notes that Kerry probably still owned somewhere in the shed. Then he somehow encountered Enhance and kind of became his apprentice, and eventually inherited Enhance's signature guns and his position in the Burial Agency.
