My boy can struggle a bit when you hit the super late game which is the only time I've lost on him but yeah he's pretty good just because nobody knows how to fight you and you have insane objective control. I haven't been building TF as much as of late and have building BC/Titty Hydra/Steraks/IBG etc instead and its had a lot more success with me just because you are able to team fight a lot better with the tankyness you get. TF is still the best if you snowball out of control though.
