PP is never really a problem for me so i have a hard time chosing a ring.

Well, 舞姫歌扇 increases power of Il techniques significantly(23%!!) you can use it for Il Barta, it's a 12* so you'd need passes. If that's still a long way for you, I used スキアーリジェ for a long time, it's an 11* and increases ice power by 16%. Both are OT so just make sure they're 50 element and grind away.

Reminder that 2/3 14*s are worse than some 13*s.

I've never had a 630 before this week, and now I've had quite a few. Maybe if the new scratches weren't so bad they'd have more money to run the servers.

I don't really find any enjoyment in trying to push for lower times, all it does is just aggravate, especially when PD is just a big snoozefest. Well for starters, you either run the worst EQ known to man, or try your luck at AQs hoping for rappy spawns. The pot is locked to the elements you're given, changing it with gear does nothing, meaning you need more boots to cover the rest of the elements.
Astra is all-around best and APPR is really good on boots. Gix theoretically beats it, but not really because of how asinine the conditions are. There's still a couple months left for the sheets, but sega being sega would rather schedule more trash eqs than something actually worth doing.
Union is also worth looking into, "easier" to get, but all around worse, though marginally.

Halfline Slayer is a bad idea. Crazy Heart might seem like an ok idea if you like taking detours through lava and cursing Fo/Te using anti but without super treatment, but you need only 2 points of Halfline slayer for it.
