You know, Misha and Shizune are actually a like in a way.

They suppress their emotions. With Misha, it's more obvious, because, she opens up about it (Only to get so elegantly shut down; twice!) With Shizune, it's different.

Shizune's like to suppress sadness. If they can't suppress it, they'll simply ignore it; completely. They'll push their problems so far back in their mind that they'll completely forget about it until it all comes crashing down at once.

On the other hand, there are Misha's. Some Shizune's turn into Misha's after everything comes crashing down. Their normal beaming pride and happiness will slowly fade away, and eventually they'll overthink themselves into a deep depression.

They usually kill themselves because they have nobody to really talk to. After years and years of suppressing their emotions and pushing everything so far back into their minds, nobody can even understand them, because nobody even knows who they really are. All they know is the act, not the actor.

Ironic that you say this; the way I saw it, Misha had been around Shizune for so long, and Shizune was the only one that Misha had, she had just thought that it was meant to be that way. Really; there were no similarities between Shizune and Misha. She was treated like shit through her life (Alpha route makes this clear, may not be canon though) and she found solace in Shizune, and became dependent on her.

I'd even say that it's the other way around, honestly. Her isolation from everything else probably made her think that Shizune is the only way she can ever be happy, even though it's so far from the truth. She was essentially thrown into a tunnel, with only one way out; that way being Shizune.

So you just do some really gentle strumms in the intro and first verse, normal strumming in the chorus and go on with a simple strumming pattern till the end basically. Shizune would probably adjust to it the easiest. Her relationship with her father would probably be repaired and she wouldn't be so isolated. The relationship between herself and Misha would be less dependent, though Misha would have to work on not feeling obsolete and just view themselves as regular friends and get some more. Rin would have to learn to use arms and she seems resistant to change, Hanako is still emotionally traumatized, Lilly I can't see being much different, and Emi getting her legs back won't bring back her dad. Shizune spent 18 years of her life not hearing a single word. She does not know speech, she will not understand speech. Someone made a rather sad oneshot story about how Shizune got hearing implants and it was a CRUCIAL part of it basically, rightfully so. Giving Shizune ability to hear would be like teaching a child to hear and speak.

Tough call. from the few congenitally blind people I know, there's a massive learning curve involved, which can maybe be more debilitating than not being able to see in the first place. and then there's the whole "deaf culture" thing, meaning there's some pride involved. Emi's more or less already fixed through prosthetics.
So that leaves rin and hanako. Hanako's disability is a constant source of grief for her, but it's as much psychological as physical, something a plastic surgeon can't fix.
Without functional arms, rin is dependent on other people for a number of basic things. Plus the added dexterity could only improve her art, which is already her strong suit. And it would mean that anything she produced would be judged solely on it's merit, rather than "hey, she this despite..."

i actually got this from google images but think about it; if it actually did get on facebook and was posted by some anime page, then people would ask for what game it is, and the fans would say it, then more people get to play this amazing game

i already saw a few people pick up KS after some ironically cringy page posted this image, and a whole bunch of people, even on such an obscure page, actually got the reference, which really surprised me

while there's a lot of bad when an emotional game becomes famous (see undertale) you gotta keep in mind that there's also people who really needed something like said game to change their life. had I not been recommended this game by /r/games and my "friend", i wouldn't be here.

i for one welcome the newfags; maybe im a bit biased since i am probably the newest newfag here, so take it with a grain of salt, but i think if even 1 out of every 10 people who play this game can change their life for the better, then it's worth whatever cancer the other 9 may bring. Who knows, you yourself may have been that 1 out of 10. Maybe that's why you're still here too.
