I keep consistently getting 2/5 on everyone else.

I'm going to get crucified for this post, or everyone will chuck it down as shitposting, but these are just my thoughts and I genuinly mean no maliciousness.

This event is genuinly amazing, looking to be one of the best, there is no doubt about that, but I've just come to realize that Global has been a constant bait and switch. We've always had huge periods of time where practically nothing is going on, where we're kept in the dark and completely ignored, just for them to realease something amazing and great
everyone gets exited with, about twice per year. Sure, I'm just a customer for them, and they're just doing what gives them money I don't blame them, but at the same time I feel played and abused. The fact that we're getting TS Luffy just 2 months after it was released in Japan, while we're months behind actual content, with Sabo STILL having no books... It's just scary.
I'm just constantly shifting between exitement and despair over this event, over what it means for the game and the direction it's heading.

I understand if no one actually reads this but I just had to vent really hard. I feel like being Global's bitch just for getting exited over a Sugo that we shouldn't be having until 5 months, and content we have no real use for apart from the fact that it looks nice.

From the beggining of the year Japan has gotten all the movie fortnights, which hadn't been on for the longest time and everyone was scared about, we had Shiki coming back twice and being added permanently to the rotation. Super-evolutions being added, the 6*s and the strawhats which of course got everyone riled up. A new forest.
I completely agree that nothing big has come up, just minor stuff like evolver islands, Le Crap, Merry Islands, FP Sugo and the like to keep us entertained besides the normal fortnight/colo rotation, but then again the new year event was a huge hit and everyone loved it so it's natural they keep it down right now.

Stop what you're doing right now. Mihawk is so easy to farm compared to other units that you could be using books on. You probably want Auto Heal as his socket since when you get his boat it basically means meat orbs are useless. It's not hard to max his special and sockets just by farming him, probably one of the easiest in the entire game, those books could be put to much better use.

Not only are rates not boosted, the removal of silvers increases your chance of pulling gold astronomically obviously. But when your chance of getting Gold is that much higher your chance of getting not gold is that much lower.

basically for plebes, silvers split the odds. If you were running for president, would you rather face an opponent with a 90% chance of winning. Or two with 40% each. Your odds go up from 10 to 20% when a third option splits the odds pricks.

Legends have a chance to be pulled, let's say 2% (ha). So in 50 pulls normally, you could expect a legend. Now, with the other 49 you get a mixture of golds and silvers. With the silvers removed, those 49 will all be gold. The pull rate for legends remains at 2% because that's how it's coded. It's not a fucking probability thing because the rates aren't affected by removing/adding things to the drop pool, they're affected by whatever number Bamco decides is their pull rate.

Forget about percentages of rates and think of them as amount of posters. This example is not meant as a probability indicator but more an example how removing silvers would affect your chances. If I have a pool of 200 silvers, 99 gold and 1 red and I ask you to 'pull' 30 of these. You'd have 10% chance of pulling a red since it would take you 10 times to get all the posters. Now I remove 200 silvers and ask you again to pull 30 times. Since we have a pool of 100 posters now it would give you a 33,333% chance to pull the red (in those 30 pulls) since the AMOUNT of golds isn't affected. Of course in those last 30 pulls you'd get 2 times only gold, but that's logical since there is just one gold and no silvers.

Hey guys, i took a quick break after the whole marineford sugo fiasco. i saw the new sugo that is coming soon, so is this the sugo we've all been waiting for? i noticed the 4 star or higher for multipulls so im assuming the majority is going to pull.

Here's how i see it.
There's no silvers, and legend rates are the same. BUT when i pull i only have two possibilities, i see red or i see gold.

Again, no odds have actually changed but it will definitely only ever be one, or the other and that alone will at least make me feel much better while pulling for a red than instead seeing a red, gold or silver.
