Actually, I'm theorizing that this might be a more dramatic version of what happened at the start of 3.0, where they split people up at the beginning of the expansion, where they could either decide to go to Coerthas West or Sea of Clouds.

We might be making a decision to start with the Ala Mhigan liberation front or seek an audience with Kugane, who may be fighting off an impending Garlean threat of their own. And then eventually the paths converge.

Girl in trailer is Yda's sister. Yda ran the fuck away when Ala Migho got invaded, sister is leader of La Resistance. Expansion ends with sister dying and Yda becoming Queen of a liberated Ala Migho.

Yep, you can't trade them.

I think all crafted/tradeable stuff. If you are unsure just look at a piece of equipment like this one and see if it can be Converted. It's referring to whether or not you can convert equipment into materia.

Unique means you can only have one of them in an inventory at a time. Retainers have their own inventory though so you can have a unique piece in each retainer inventory and one on you. (An example of this is a Timeworn Dragonskin map. You can't have two but you can have one on a retainer and a second in your inventory).

Binded means a piece of crafted equipment has 1% spiritbond and you can't trade it anymore.

And if you mean Spiritbond if that goes to 100% on a piece of Convertable equipment you can convert it to materia.

Since you're being memed to death, the only way for you to get an answer you know is true is by opening up your character sheet and mousing over each stat to check the tooltip. Check the tooltip for Cleric Stance too, just to make sure you know what to do.

Well the tooltip for Int and Mind say the exact same description. But from what I can gather from Cleric Stance, Int is for Damage and Mind is for healing. So I think either go full Mind or Mind/some Int?

Stopped playing a long time before Heavensward came out, had a dragoon and didn't even get his Gae Bolg.

Starting a character from scratch, how's the state of the classes nowadays?

Are they all balanced enough or are there those couple of classes that are doing better/that suck more than most?

So is leveling a DPS via PotD still the fastest way to do this or does it become less efficient with 50+? I'm currently leveling a DRG as I am somewhat bored with playing NIN at the moment. Will most likely have to play one of them in Stormblood since our other melee DPS is a diehard MNK and/or will reroll SAM.

What happens if a Ninja is doing like 50dps less than me as a Black Mage? Is that alright or should I be worried?

How is the anima weapon line? From start to finish, how long would it reasonably take? Not a fan of the DRG anima, but it's something to do and it would bump up my ilvl considerably from my kinna trident.
