Its very doable if you plan on running through the levels avoiding killing any enemy except for the boss of the level.

And if you do plan on killing some enemies, you can get a skill (i think its in ninjutsu) which allows you to recover ammo from enemies you've killed with ranged weapons.

I got it a few days ago, not sure when or how coz I found it in my inventory after blitzing through a few levels. it was a level 97 purple that I have since boosted to 150 and added 19 attack to it.

Unless you can find a jap wearing a divine version they crafted, you're better off wearing literally anything else, unless you have a Yasakani Magatama and don't mind sacrificing function for form.

Nevermind figured it out, it is just an RNG system. Better mats improves RNG from what I understand.

I can then swap out shit skills for good ones using the reforging option.

So I just did the mission "The Defiled Castle" in region 4, and skipped the honda boss fight by accident and went straight to the ninja bitch boss fight. I found out there were 2 boss fights in the mission, and checked the wiki to see if you get anything for beating both of them to see if it was worth it. The wiki says you get the Narikama Tanuki at the end of the level after beating both bosses, so i went back, fought both, and never got it.Does it ACTUALLY come from that mission, or did I some how bug myself out of a spirit guardian?

If you get to the last shrine and unlock the shortcut you can sprint to Yasuke, kill him, and if he doesn't drop a text you can quit and reload and you'll load at the last shrine ready to sprint to and kill him again. It's tedious but it's better than doing the level over, and if you want both weapon texts you'll be doing it a lot.

They're not combos. They're skills/strong points of 2kat.
Sign of the cross II is its Iai strike, its attack is the quickest which means you stack elements the quickest and have the highest DPS, the freestun is the blockpoke/shrike/god of wind skills, the low stance dodge gets a skill to turn it into a free dodge pulse+ki pulse II and is Iframes all the way through with the lowest Ki consumption for a dodge, YinYang is the effect that happens when you stack 2 elements on an enemy and instant drain their ki to zero and stays that way for the duration which again comes around to the element stacking of the 2kat.
As for ki management the 2kat has some of the strongest and quickest firing skills but they all use obscenely low Ki along with the mystic art making Ki management so easy you'll never run out.

The host can only use a shrine of one they found, never one they already got within that mission period.
2000-4000 glory depending on the enemies killed and objectives cleared.
Some missions are great for glory farming, sometimes you'll get a host who's complete shit and take an hour to clear a small level.
Most of the time you'll get a host who straight up dies after an hour of work and your glory pay out drops to 200.
Personally I prefer farming revs because I need the divine fragments anyways and getting all my weapon proficiency up to max.

I just started the game. Hard to tell exactly where I am. I finished the tutorial guy (executioner), beat the first yokai realm guy whose guarding the key and the raped female cadavers. Just met the yokais that lie on the ground and lunge at you.
