After taking a look at the game, you really have to say that Riot has no fucking clue what they're doing, and have no idea how to balance the game. SAD!

Traditional supports are gone in lieu of mage supports that can deal damage. Traditional ADCs are MIA -- ad casters who can stack lethality are are the top of the tier list.

Jungle is in a pretty good spot right now, I will say that. They managed Jungle to be a more impactful role while toning down their hold on the game.

Top is tanks, and mids are assassins or control mages.

Honestly, Riot needs to delete champions that aren't played or can't be balanced, and delete items that are over-powered.
