Eirika has a god-tier support game. Not sure of her final stats.

Ephraim seems kinda lackluster. His def debuffing skills don't stack, he's slow, and his res sucks. Might be usable or even good if you get +speed, else he gets doubled by literally everyone.

Julia seems to be Nino but worse and gets effective damage on dragons, which, given she's green when 2 of them are red, isn't as good as it could be.

Eirika is basically Swordie Sharena with a little worse stats in everything but Res in exchange to get positioning utility and Spd buffing skills. Her support role is more offensive-oriented while Sharena's is a bit more mixed with Atk and Def instead of Atk and Spd. Pretty great I'd say.

Ryouma gets BTFO hard by Mages though, much more so than Lucina. And like Lyn his setup requires him to get damaged, which isn't as valued in this OHKO/ORKO meta, despite his better Def. Combat buffs don't affect a blade tome's power. Hone, Rally, Wind and Defiant effects do(as do similar effects from ally weapons, but not Spur effects, Xblows or anything else that requires being in combat to give its boost. Combat effects DO stack with each other and buffs though, so a hypothetical something with Deathblow and Defiant Attack near an ally with Spur Atk would get the full effects of all of these.

Different effects that buff the same stat only take the highest into account for how much the stat gets buffed, I have no idea how this fits into blade tome effects though.

I'm not sure where you are going with this, but my point was considering all the arena cares about is only 2 things to give you the most amount of points.

1.None of your units die.
2.How high your unit stat totals are to VS you with an equivalent team. (Higher = more points)

Meanwhile for your Defensive team just don't stick your highest stat total characters in it so nobody that would be "competition" has a chance to fight your team but high enough that you gain 250 points and there you go.

Whats a good team that synergizes well that I can make with this?

My current team being Tiki, Camila, Robin, Corrin(F)

I swap out Corrin F for Saizo and I use them both as my debuffer crew.

I really like Saizo but he gets blown up by range units and his stupid smoke dagger doesn't debuff the thing he hits with it.

I switched to Corrin F for attack buffs and res debuffs because I have so many magic users but I miss being able to abuse range.

I pulled Seliph, Sakura, and Fae today.

So Julia is strictly an anti-mage, right? Her ATK and SPD are both mediocre and her HP and DEF are Nino/Linde territory. However, Julia has insane RES, 36 base from what I've seen.

They both have the same res rating and Cordelia's defense/HP are even lower. The lower overall point total from brave weapons makes it even harder to justify using her or Hinoka over Catria or even Shanna, who has the same point total as Catria but swaps def for res and makes attacks using it instead of eating away at enemy def. Also I like Threaten Speed better than Atk Seal, but my Shanna has -Res so her special damage is garbage and she can't take green spells for shit.

Camilla is weak on any team without speed/atk support, and even then her main niche is tanking magic hits and taking out enemy mages and blue dragons. She can survive a red spell/breath, but not if she gets doubled, which Brave weapons make annoyingly easy to do when defending against attacks. +Res tanks both hits from Linde easily enough, but most teams run her with a dancer to try to get 2 more in so watch those ranges carefully.
