The dumb thing about all this is that S.Zoi is still incredibly strong even after the penalty. Zoi builds always hit damage cap, and still hit the (now lower) damage cap despite the damage penalty cygames added.

Other elements weren't hitting damage cap, so the damage penalty just pushes them further below cap.

Also, the way they implemented the new penalty and lowered cap is fucked up, so s.zoi has an even bigger advantage if you have echoes (vira, narumeia, ferry, warlock):

I'm only 125 and am fucking ultra casual and already have a full lb4 water and wind pool. I also am half done with a Yugu pool, 1/4 of the way for a axe and claw dark pools and 1/4 of the way for a fire stick pool. Doing ok work with a light pool. If you are 150 and don't already have 4 fucking done pools, there is something wrong with it.
