Honestly about 15 in each should give you all the talismans and ninutsu stuff you need for whatever your playstyle is.

It takes 20 each for the master dojo quests for them to get the mystics, but I just reincarnated and dropped them down to only 15 each.

The most important talismans that helped me during some bullshit ass bossfights were the slow one, Kekkai, a few debuffs (lifeseal, attack down), steel, and whatever element your build uses.

Just unlocked the clan stuff and it seems like the big three are Toyotomi, Furuta and Tokugawa. I'm not sure why Toyotomi is so high when it has pretty garbage protections so I was gonna go with either Tokugawa or Furuta. I'm leaning more towards Furuta but was wondering how useful either of those two were before making a final decision.

These "builds" that rely entirely on enemy debuffs and self-buffs are fucking retarded, and have no place in an action game.

There's literally no reason to use any of the combo abilities in the game when carnage + sloth or whatever hasn't been nerfed yet kills enemies in 1/10th of the time.

either take Furuta or take whatever clan has specialized stats for your build. some of the bonuses from them are really specific but can be pretty damn strong with a good setup

Furuta is just the best all around for the huge luck and sell price increase. Also you'll get less rewards for clan battles the bigger your clan is, so it's not always good to be on the big one

I didn't use it once. Not even unlocked. My magic points were put into the %buffs. The only two magics I used were the rejuvenation and Guardian Spirit ones. Guardian Spirit with shark is great on human bosses. Ninja was only for elixirs, ammo, and bow/gun damage.

Depends on what you're after from the guardian. If you just want to straight up nuke shit then Enko or Bear are the way to go. Enko is probably your better choice for nuking shit since you're probably using a Raikiri so can trigger discord easier.
