The closest to "Embodiment of Destruction" would be Shadow, since he's a darker Sonic, meaning he's more aligned with the dark side of Chaos. The dark side of chaos would be "Destruction". Although, Shadow is highly skilled in controlling chaos, and is skilled enough to easily tap into both polarities, since Chaos Control is powered by "Hero" chaos.

Just so I can continue on from this, the "Embodiment of Love" would be Amy, as she's a pinker Sonic, meaning she's more aligned with the good side of Chaos. This fit's in with her magical side being prevalent throughout all the games.

And in that sense Eggman would be the controller of something but I'm not too sure, my headcanon's haven't got that far.

The good side of chaos, the Hero side, would represent freedom, creativity, fun, imagination, stuff like that.

While "Love" is a big part of Amy's character, practically the core of her entire being, being the Embodiment of it? Eh, I'm not too sure about that.

Eggman is like a representation of the dark or evil side of "Order", which is total and complete control with no freedom at all. Everything is ruled by rules. But I'm not sure if that would apply on a mystical cosmic level. "Order" is pretty much represented by the Master Emerald, the controller of the Chaos Emeralds.

The only reason why there was any trouble bringing the OSTs of Carnival Night, Ice Cap, and Launch Base to re-releases (ONLY the PC CD version specifically) is because the computers' midi chips weren't able to handle the recorded sound effects and voice clips, while everything else transitioned smoothly to the synthesizer. Thus, new tracks were made for those levels.

There are little if any known legal issues regarding these tracks, but if anyone was to be blamed for starting the rumors surrounding them, it would be Bobby Brooks. As demonstrated in Pic Related, he's a dick.

I originally came here to read storytimes of new issues of the comic. Then a long time later, I eventually started posting, then eventually I was noticed by someone as "Sparky" from other places, and by now I might as well stick around even if storytimes end because of whatever's going down at Archie, because somehow I've made such a huge impact on this place or something to the point that everyone here knows me to some extant, so I almost feel like I'm stuck here.

Your biggest problem is that you're really stiff. You're trying to emulate the "correct" way to portray these figures and, because of that, everyone's facing the camera and standing straight up.

You gotta prioritize emoting and basic shapes over accuracy to the source material. Draw basic shapes and patterns in ways that express emotion, curve, overlap, and portray feeling. If Amy's mind is wandering while she thinks of Sonic, draw her relaxed. If Silver's reclining in the air, make sure he actually reclines! If Blaze is looking over at her admirer, choose an angle that captures the coy look as she gazes at him.

Emotions and form come first, accuracy to the look of the characters comes second.

Yeah for sure. Don't get me wrong, I've played dozens and dozens of Sonic titles, SA2 has just always been my favourite.
I'm not sure what else to try in the meantime until a good rush of SA2 hype comes back and gets me going on it again but I'm sure I'll find something.

I remember that I never finished Generations. I got it on Xbox 360 on release but had to give up about a third of the way through because of what I felt like really severe control issues...no matter what I did it always seemed to me that there was a dramatic lag between input and action. Like, I would press the jump button and Sonic would literally take over a second to a second and a half to then actually jump.

Was this a problem with Generations that anyone else ever noticed? Was it something with the 360 version? Or am I a crazy person and it was all in my head? Keeping in mind that it can't be a problem with my personal controller or Xbox, since I've never experienced lag or input problems with any other game.

I would like to talk about more desu. keep in mind it's a demo about they have a great base here.

the best thing about it is controlling sonic, running and turning feel good and natural. It's better than most the 3D games. running along those pathways is something I can do well. I couldn't do that with the boost style or adventure.

I appreciate the focus on control but some of the springs could be automated and perhaps you have too much control when in mid-air, you can do pretty much full 90 degree turns while jumping. while good it may be going towards broken.

I don't think it has to be full open world, it felt directionless. It doesn't have to be trimmed to a hallway, certainly not but happens a clear route with wide areas and alternate paths would be good.

I see. I don't have a controller and it really sucks, especially seeing all the move physics based momentum and movements that the videos on youtube show. You really have to be able to view where you are going to get a directional sense and feel when premeditating your next move. The mouselook toggle just zooms in and out.

Yeah doesn't seem like you can adjust the sensitivity of the turning, there is an option for adjusting the sensitivity of the vies.

Popped in Sonic Riders for the first time since the damn game came out back in the day, I remember playing it shitloads the year it released. Honestly, it's still pretty fun. The controls and overall track design are pretty creative and make for a good sense of speed. Really nostalgic rediscovering the game, emulation of it is 100% flawless.
