I like Urgot the way he is hence he needs a big buff rather than a rework. He is very item depended because he lacks the power of other marksmen. Its not like his skills are bad is just that they are underpowered compared to any other kit, even his Q needs excesive spam in order to do significant damage from a point on. The range of his ultimate at early levels is shit and probably needs to have an movement speed buff after the switch is complete. Long story short, with a decent buff, he can be even better.
