And to be frank if you get 1 kill before the fight start or early in the team fight then all you've done is make the game even for your team. If you want to give your team an advantage you need to CONSISTENTLY get 2 kills by the time the team fight is half way over. Nobody gives a fuck if you got a triple kill after your team died from fighting a 5v6

The claim is "you will hit an even win-loss ratio when you have achieved your skill level" but this isn't true for a number of reasons, the most chief of which it doesn't matter if you're 4000 rank or 2000 rank because it will still end in an even win-loss ratio.

Mercy's healing stream could ramp up the more you hold it (like Symmetra) reaching a maximum of, I dunno 75 HPS? It could reset the moment you switch targets.

The problem is is that Ana still has the HPS advantage, with an embarrassment of riches in her kit.

You'd need to either buff Mercy's healing to levels where only burst damage can reliably kill bigger targets or give her another string to her bow. NOT, I repeat NOT, tinkering with her ult.

It'd be interesting to maybe rework the grenade to have a healing-block threshold on top of the timer. So like how a shield has a damage threshold before it breaks, a certain amount of healing done to a 'naded target would "wash" the grenade effect off early. That way a healer on a grenade target doesn't just get forced into a dick-in-hand scenario until the purple wears off, and you get added team strategy of the healers organizing who to wash first when Ana lobs a grenade into your cluster.

After experience I think I'd rather have comp be set up where you can exit and join midgame without repercussion.
It's too hard to get a large cohesive team going and too often you get put into a group with blithering morons then get punished for it whether you stay or leave.

I don't think it should work exactly like QP, there should be cooldowns and shit, but I think you should just have a time-out or something instead of losing SR for quitting a match. The playerbase just isn't skilled enough on average to justify punishment for abandoning retards to their own inevitable loss.
