So are IVs even something to consider for healers? Also, how the fuck do you level up a healer from 30 to 40. You get almost no exp per heal. The big crystals are rare and grinding off of kills using a healer would take forever I imagine.

I will say with no doubts that I think incredibly lowly of the (obvious) new players to this series who think it's a big deal that a blue unit loses to green, or a red unit loses to blue, etc.
You have multiple deployment slots and it is basically rock paper scissors, where you want the best scissors, the best rock, and the best paper you can get, and then you use your brain and those little penises attached to your palms in order to make them fight their good matchups instead of their poor ones.
The only real exception would be all 1 of you who played Binding Blade (and nothing else) where Rutger was better at fighting lances than the axe fags were.

But, at least you new guys are better than Drill and the other usual autistic clientele to this general.
