Easy confused anime
Stock: Useful in all situations and gamemodes, can't really go wrong with the uber as it will just make attacks bounce off you and you can stroll through without any real consequences except for how it takes longer to build compared to the others.

Kritz: Better used on defense settings oddly enough, where you've got more of a fortress to fallback on especially because your "uber" doesn't protect you. Not good on offense because buildings aren't effected by kritz and you're way more open to attacks if you need to push.

Quickfix: If you have a bunch of retards around you close to death 24/7, more free to spam your "uber" but to compensate you aren't invincible so don't expect it to save your ass every time but it can make everyone healty again.

Remove the 10% bonus Uber build rate. That's the single worst thing about it making it get run over stock, you get a free Uber advantage just for choosing it.

Make Medic himself marked for death while in midair wielding Quick-Fix, so it's not such a safe option to simply rocket jump out of danger when threatened.

In exchange for all this, give it some kind of buff that's nearly worthless in comp but good in pubs, like Kritzkrieg's self-heal taunt or something.

Using them together is pretty cheap, I see a lot of people claim that they use it because there's never any medics on pubs, but whenever I play a pub, a good 85% of the time there's a medic, so I guess they're just bad at staying alive.

I almost never use it. It sacrifices too much firepower for me- 1 less rocket is effectively a 25% reduction in damage, and I hate not having my trusty shotgun around to finish off weakened enemies (ESPECIALLY when they're trying to run away) or deal with them in close quarters.

I use the Black Box if there's no medic on the team (I suck at medic except in medieval mode, where it's hard to fire the crossbow WITHOUT hitting something) and the health regen from the Concherer is great in theory, but in practice it's not much faster than withdrawing to grab a health pack or stop by the supply locker at spawn- plus you have to give up your secondary for it.
