If all you want is a cheap alt to farm both DPK and efficiently solo 240 daily you can try Hop3>Cor3/Cor2Shinobi or Murm. I don't know how the former is going to perform at r8 because I'm still halfway into r7 but I'm sure it'll do fine for its role. Can't help with the latter or the build you posted though.

Assuming all the builds are relatively well funded, pyros are around even with fletchers only if there isn't stormcalling or rain and balls are positioned well. Fencers beat both if there is a dragoon and/or miko, but a transcended doppel shits on everyone with just a chrono.

Pyromancer is the best DPS in paper if you have stage 7+ transcend, but you can get cucked by rain, taoist, swordies and reversi.

Right now the only world boss worth killing is Blut, which is plate. Murmillo Rodelero with 500m investment and a party built around him for buff/debuffs will outdo pretty much anything else.

You can't go wrong with a pyro if you're new, it's an easy character for leveling (can solo missions and grinding), decent for farming, scales into endgame with relatively cheap funding and does really well for ET. full support slut, very useful but everyone has one. 0 investment needed.

cleric 2 krivis 3 priest miko taoist
mostly support, gameply consists of holding down one button forever at demon lord fights or ET and nothing else. Low investment needed. You also NEED to run uphill daily as upkeep to be able to support melstis usage.

support/utility that can also DPS. Requires half a brain to play optimally, it's overplayed and if you intend to focus on the DPS aspect the investment needed can be fairly high.

In pvp it lets you be useful by at least removing ausrine. In pve, it lets you give 60% damage to swordies if someone else at Blut is already using melstis. Hamaya will also carry you if you solo level even as full con. At least one miko in the party might be needed to remove buffs from objects in some ET floors to make them easier.

If you don't go miko, then oracle is recommended if you want to remain supportive.

I want to make an all around PvE build with Diev, if possible - I dislike both krivis and priest, and want to have some fun with supposedly non-knockable owls. One that could solo as well get accepted in pug groups for any situation, including ET (if that's still a thing)

should I burn those papers at the lv 90 dungeon 3x-> do missions -> missions -> missions (it's a alt without hurry) or just missions and normal dungeons and save it for the 130 dungeon or the 140. mind you that you can only make one 130/145 clear with 3 basic vouchers.
