What he gave there is basically a 3D Rooms replacement, in full. I didn't look at his Style list so I don't know what that will do to your sex poses lists, but the Item list included only references his rooms included. Assuming the rooms don't bloat your p01 over 2gigs, you can safely add all the items to your p01 file if you want. After that, you have to manually edit the list files or just use his to see how everything looks.
