TACOs are pretty good for it if you have to farm the sheets anyway. I think almost every weapon has a drop in a TA somewhere. You can do it in XQs as well but it's a waste of a pass as the mobs you want aren't on any relevant floors and TAs have pretty convenient clustering of CF relevant enemies already.

Wand synergizes pretty well with Braver's Weak Stance tree and Attack Advance, so that's another option. I'm not sure if the damage combo with Rikauteri is still a thing these days given that it's an 11* bow in 2017 but that was a thing for a bit

Fighter got attention after they added Wand Gear Element but I honestly haven't messed with it much

Hunter used to be a thing but you don't see much of it now since it doesn't do as much for gear explosions, although it will grant you some fucking ridiculous survivability

Bouncer's stances actually work with Zanverse, that's somewhat of a big deal. For everything outside of that though the modifiers aren't as high compared to other options

Force is... doable but you're trading out Element Conversion for support skills, it'll feel rather neutered playing it like that compared to the other way around

That depends entirely on the quest you're doing and the MPA lineup. For instance for mother you'd always be a Te/Bo when you're expecting to zanverse. If you have someone else zanversing, you'd pick either Te/Gu or Te/Su so you can help build chain and/or have decent personal damage (assuming you have the allclass tact from christmas). On mobbing heavy quests you don't care about boosting zanverse that much, while having wandsmack damage can be helpful. This is where Te/Hu or Te/Fi are an option. Te/Ra is shit, but sometimes okay in organized MPAs when you can't find a ranger for wb. Te/Fo is basically never good, but it's an option if you can't do Te/Gu and Te/Su. Te/Br is a TA build but otherwise basically dead. This is because the best weapon for the class is still a fucking 11*. It's fine for killing AIS in demise I guess.

Remove charge parrying. There's almost never an instance in which it'll be good over other skills.
Hunter Gear boost 1 is all you need. One guilty break and a multi hit PA will fill it up to the max.
Max out either Flash Guard 2 or War cry, whatever your preference. I'd recommend War Cry.

You don't need PP up. Put those points into Massive Mate and Point Assist and the rest into HP up and High HP Up. When you're playing with massive hunter and using a powered sword from Sacrifice bite type 0, you pretty much gain all your PP in one swing in a group of mobs.

How do I do decent DPS as a FO during mother? I got TFT and Compound down but I still feel like my spells aren't doing enough damage. My ragrants hits for about 10k on non WB arms and 20k on WB weakspot. I also have VERY little PP and I don't have the money to affix yet is there an alternate spell I can use for more dps?

You can get OT Orbits from Zieg still and since you will only use them as PP battery 20 Ele is perfectly fine. You can trade Badges for both the Torana and Pleiades Stones needed for them.
