No. This is all about the Deluxe Pack which is included in both the Deluxe Edition and Gold Edition.

Steam says that the Deluxe Pack has "Mood Effects" on executions which is the smokey thing.

Ubisoft store/Microsoft store says that it has "Sunbeam effects" on executions.

Ubisoft/Microsoft is most likely the correct one as "Sunbeams" are a "Mood" effect, and the one image on Steam is most likely just a placeholder until they decided on which of several Mood effects will be included in the pack.

"Intended use" is the generally the best way to categorize weapons, even modern ones. The warden uses a two handed sword small enough for him to wear at his belt, so it fits under use as a longsword. I was thinking of pre-ordering the game, but I always like playing long-range, mixup based characters in games like these, especially the elusive ones, and from all the alpha footage there didn't seem to be any. Like, in SF I played Sim and FANG, and most FH footage didn't reflect that sort of playstyle at all.

Practice makes perfect and any sort of "serious" fights will help you get better in the long run.

Most people who enter/go to tournaments don't go to win, they go to play if it's their first time. At my first Melee tourny I didn't win a single round. Got determined and practiced hard, next tourny, lost again but i put up a good fight. Next one after that I finally made it out of pools and then got bodied, was beyond happy.

Anyway yeah practice practice practice no matter the setting.

Something about souls pvp brings out the worst of people. Fuckers running around in minmaxed poise gear with a flamespear or washing pole waiting to gank your ass really irks me. I'd say the For Honor will keep them restrained though because its far more of a fighting game than souls pvp. True but if you won the 1v1 tournament, you are the best dualist on the team right? So you would be best suited for maybe going far to cap their point and fight the person taking it. You can cycle between C and B while a defender holds A and B. The 2 others then rotate between all 3 points helping defend and recapping if you get pushed off. If you can constantly apply pressure close to their spawn, it will force them to never go for your home because it's too risky to go that far behind enemy lines. That and your defender will be on it and can call for help while defending.

As long as people rotate properly throughout the game and stick to their jobs then you have easy wins. And if you can kill people, that's even better.

Now that's for dominion which will have it's own tournaments surely. But elimination requires slightly more intriquite planning in terms of team comps. It is elimination or dominion the 4v4? It's getting late and I'm on painkillers so it's hard to make a plan while drousy.

I have no clue about these things really, but wouldn't dual pass rendering be what the high quality mode does in webm for retards according to the description?

And you can vary the size of the file, which of course comes with a difference in quality, as seen in in the image.

I'm guessing the tools are about equivalent, but Webm for Retards has a GUI and is thus more user friendly, which gives it the name it has. If you can explain more in detail why the other one is better though then I'm all ears, I'm clueless when it comes to video rendering.

Well sure, you have to download and launch two things instead of one, which takes like a grand total of 15 seconds and once it's done you never need to bother with it again. Then you get permanent access to more convenient features while creating webms. I'd say that the inconvenience of having to download AviSynth is greatly offset by the features it provides to make the actual creating of webms smoother, which is the whole point. The user experience when creating webms is better in WebM for Retards, but the setup process, which is a one time thing, is worse.

I created my script so you can make webm's on the fly with literally no effort. Webm For Retards has a UI and editing abilities, and I thought about adding them, but I preferred my script to be the thing that you can use when you've just pulled a clip from something like shadowplay and you want to share it as fast as possible and still have the quality of/if not better than I've had better results with my script but it might just be biased webm for retards.
I've made it as simple as literally possible. No UI distractions, options only exist within the confines of 4chan so it simplifies things, and it will always make files within the 3mb limit.
If you want something that you can make a webm for any website with sound and whatnot, use webm for retards.
If you want something that can make a quick high quality webm that is made specifically for sharing on 4chan, you should use my script.

Not to mention webm for retards has to take 30 seconds to read the entire video you want to work with so it can load editing tools you may not even want to use.

This game, like many other third person melee ones, "feels better" to play on a controller. Sadly the default key mapping is not optimal, and the ability to rebind them is very lacking. Players using mouse and keyboard will have an advantage since you can cut off some reaction time due to not having to move your thumb between the right analog stick and the A/X/B/Y buttons. It's up to your own preference in the end though.
