Sadly there's a lot of that in BnS (and bnsg). Quite a few players want to be lazy and get carried, or are scared to try the mechanics and potentially cause a wipe in the process of learning.

Unfortunately it's also easier to just put up with their attitudes and carry people through than try to argue with them to learn.

Though you won't get namedropped about it, rest assured people do pay attention to who wants to be lazy and who wants to learn.
