Queue takes longest for DPS classes. If you were a healer it would probably pop much faster.
You can always grind mobs somewhere for XP while queueing, provided you some XP boosts to make it worthwile.
Also Kumasylum battleground is terribly unfun but gives loads of XP on the daily quest.

Nup, i was doing about half as much dps as a warrior should've been putting out240k or so at phase 3, since phase 4 is pretty horrible for parsing with the difference from spread positioning and being put on back claw or notat optimum play.
