- Any combination of 1 and 2 that wouldn't warrant cloning on their own. Like 52% blood and a broken bone. Up to your own discretion.
- Any sort of missing/detached limbs (FUCK YOUR EMP-BAIT HANDS YOU GO IN THE TUBE)
- No incision manager and patient is a scientist. Borrow their ID and go print one while they're stuck in cryo. Leave them in a little while longer and pretend you forgot.
