Anyone know how this bind change actually works? I notice all bind skills duration have been cut in half, but it says "increase duration depending on damage dealt". Does this mean the actual damage per line or the %damage on the skill? Should I waste my resources trying to get nodes for it?

Yeah it works, but it might take a long time before you enter state (b), and even then using a cube while in state (b) will lock you out of using any more cubes until you relog (which could easily lock you out with an "ID already logged in" error)
