problem I have with this is that if you look at the image of her "reinforcement" it clearly has a lip and sits inside of a frame. It can't go on top of a another reinforcement as there is no room or mounting point.

It seems much more likely to me that her gadget is 2 or 3 "window reinforcements" that sit either in a window frame or a hatch frame(doors are unlikely) and provides the strength of a regular reinforcement with the ability to see through it.

Castle's biggest use is to eat up time and resources. His issues aren't that you can get rid of his shit easily, because even if that's the case it may be taking up valuable time, or eating a resource that could potentiallybe used in a more optimal spot. I agree he should slow certain breaching methods down more than he does, namely Sledge or Ash, but Glaz is not an issue in terms of efficiently destroying Castle panels; it takes way too much ammo to be worth it most of the time.
Make his panels slightly more resilient somehow, and he'll do his job better, but he does his job pretty well currently.

Castle introduces 3 panels you might have to use frags on.
Worst case scenario, you use three frags on all panels. That's three deployable shield-camping defenders you can't flush out or kill with them, three patches of barbed wire, three hatches you can't destroy otherwise as Capitao, etc.
It's not a waste, but it makes you potentially use a resource that could be used elsewhere, same goes for Ash's charges.

Is it just me or is the MP5SD's ACOG not match up with where you aim? Bullets actually go to the top right above the chevron instead of on the chevron tip itself. It's not a big difference, but you will definitely notice misses at long range.

That's EXACTLY why it's slow.
First it tries to match you with people of your rank only. If there's none of that to be found, it loosens the requirements a little.
The longer your queue is for the more fucked up the ranks are gonna get since matchmaking is getting desperate to put you in a game.
