I played on PC periodically for years, and my PC was damaged/put out of commission for games. In the interim I started playing on PS4, and eventually I got the funds to repair my PC.

Now I play a bit on both, but mostly PS4 since everyone I knew who played on PC has left.

Can anyone tell me what the best tanks on PS4/console edition are, and if the StuG IV D is worth it? I missed a chance to get it apparently before I played on console and I'm genuinely considering trying to buy it. I love the StuG III G and have used it like 6 years.

How do you even stat pad in an M46? I must sound retarded but when I play with BiA Crew that have smooth, ride snap shot and a vert stab, the fucking 0.39 acc 105mm still manages to miss targets all the fucking time.

In fact I do much better when I spam shots without aiming. It's ridiculous, I've had games where I track enemies I should clearly be doing damage too multiple times.

Their camo ratings aren't quite that bad with 100% camo skill, camo paint, etc. Although their camo rating may be inferior to some of the other medium tanks of the same tier, it is far from useless. Combined with their excellent base view range and coated optics (and perhaps food+BiA), you can well out-spot people.

T-34-85 is the ultimate Jack of all trades. Everything about it is "just" right, the gun is spectacular as well tier for tier. A-43 is more of the British styled tanks (a Soviet Cromwell if you will) in which it's fairly fast and has a lower damage dealing gun than the T-34-85 (T-34-85 does 180 damage a shot). I'd prefer for you to start with the T-34-85 rather than the A-43. To add to that, the T-34-85 leads to the KV-13, which in return leads to the Soviet heavy line (IS), so that's also very nice.

Then go for the T-34-85 line. Go for the KV-13 after that and you should be able to research the IS tank for 23,000 EXP instead of 50k if you were to go through the KV-85. Save up some free exp to research the 100mm at the start though, since you'll have the 85mm on the IS otherwise, which isn't the best thing in the world. The only painful tank in this grind will be the KV-13, not incredibly painful but still rather aggravating.
