I'm building a home-arcade cabinet just for fighting games and I'm trying to figure out everything I'll need for it.

Anything goes so long as it's on PC or able to be emulated, I already have a couple dozen games loaded on the PC I'm using for this.

What monitor / features do I need to make my fighting games have less motion blur?

I have a 60fps IPS monitor and when my SFV characters move from one part of the screen to the other, it looks kinda blurry or choppy if you know what I mean. But the game is locked at 60fps isn't it? So how would a 144hz monitor help in this situation?

Right now I'm using an external program I threw together that lets you receive inputs from someone else across the net while monitoring stuff going on within the game itself so I can look over the data afterwards.

So basically two players turn on their copy of the game, connect their copies of my program to eachother, and play two local versus matches with the same characters and their inputs being sent between them. So rather than directly connecting and playing the same match, its two seperate instances that's mirrored between players.

It's jank as fuck and in no way a viable longterm solution but I'm learning a lot from it and right now that's the most I can really hope for.

I can't make Street Fighter Alpha 2 run on Fightcade (it doesn't show up). I got the parent ROM and the US one, but still nothing. What am I missing?

Pretty much, you pretty much just need to trick him into doing things.

Cosmic level powers are already pretty goofy and his goes beyond that even. He can even break the 4th wall and retcon things including personality which means he can effectively puppet anyone even gods.
