Moray doesn't seem too good. If it works for you, keep it.
Spiral Wave is the worst by far, don't even run 1. I'd drop Spiral Crash to 2 since it doesn't boost attack. Hold is definitely the best so keep it maxed.
Not sure if Tinplate/Baha is worth it when it they turn off your best cards.
No point in bottomless/solemn when it's just going to get twister'd. The strength of the traps in this deck is that you can activate them in hand where they can't be sniped.
3 Spiral will brick, same idea as in PSY-Frame. They only run 2 Driver.
No Unexpected DAI/Painful Decision/Heat Wave/Skill Drain etc? Normal support is actually quite good so make use of it.
Advance Draw is probably a meme but I like it so you could give that a try if you want.

Since 4th Deck is supposedly an Extra-extra deck for the next summoning mechanic, and supposedly this next summoning is just notSynchro with Rank cards, it leaves room for more ED-ED card designs.
Like notXYZ but with main deck [tuner]'s.
And notFusion which need a spell and combine cards that aren't listed.
Hell face up notPendulum Tick-Tock summoning cards can pile in there after destruction.

The imaginative possibilities are endless with these new deck zones.
