It's BBCF but on your computer. It doesn't have the console characters, only 4 colors (people have to buy colors with points on their NESICA card so unless you wanna fuck with Japanese ini files and try and get them that way you're out of luck), 5 game modes except one is unplayable because it's a NESICA related thing, and you can't macro inputs using jconfig because arcade machines only have 6 buttons and the stick so you have to do stuff like Burst / Throw / Barrier all raw instead of just putting them on one button unless you use an outside program. But there is local versus, so if you really hate Mai or something you can play this version.
