Hikou are more easy to deal with but Spira can crit harder.

If Spira P didn't have that fucking stupid drill bit "blade" I'd recommend them without hesitation, but between the way they look and the targeting deviation the Hikou make a decent case for themselves.

Is it easy to solo the Index Endurance?
Or does the point income for time redeemed with a low enemy count make it fucking stupid hard?

I've had a jokingly easy time with it so far otherwise solo, but having more players seems like it would make Endurance less problematic

You should be constantly upgrading weapons. Get them to 30 them move to the next one. Bows are pretty bad for the game in general, but if you want one anyway, shoot for the Dread, or trade for a Paris Prime. Dread is the better of the two, but untradeable.

It's basically an assault rifle crossbow. It's pretty good.
You don't really have to bother with stealth. I farmed my Ivara with a Hek. As long as you don't trip any alarms in the vault it doesn't matter how loud you are. Ideally by endgame you want to be going through missions as fast as possible, especially if you're farming Ivara.

There are only two ways of playing warframe normally -> either you run your very own clan, since resource prices for research are pretty low for under 10 people clans, you just do everything either with randoms or with some randoms you happen to get somehow close. And second way is almost same the first way are, but you invite this randoms to your clan. Though expect to play some tamagochi with your newly hired clanmates, expect many of them to leave, expect many of them to join only to get access to blueprints and stuff. Best way is to find someone you know, make him play warframe, while slowly showing him aspects of the game, but don't hurry with it, cause many people while seeing 12 types of damage start shouting "too hard to understand, to many details" and stop playing this decent game. Just put it in slowly and carefully, don't wait them to be somehow useful in the beginning, just let them adapt to the game, let them understand on their own experience, that this is good, this is better, this can be aquired in one way, this would be useful with this mods e.t.c. And in the moment they will start to farm mods they need themselves, then you could genlty join them, while not using ember for exterminate and simulor mirage for disintegrating everythingm so they would not feel themselves useless, so they would still have gameplay.
