Update on patch poll:

Thanks to everyone who's voted so far. It looks like the most popular candidates for production (which I'll start working on immediately) are Wardog, the Osean flag, and the OADF roundel. Given that all three are pretty similar in theme, that gives me an idea for something like a Sand Island Patch Pack, where you get one of each for a bit of a discount.

I have a huge urge to play some AC. The AC7 trailer made my heart burn again for some dogfights.
I can't access to any of my consoles/games. Everything is at my parent place, 400 miles from here.

Is AC:AH such a shit AC? It's currently ~$4 on humble bundle. Should I or will I forever regret and get frustrated? Review are mixed.

Last solution is emulation, but not the same experience.

This has the advantage of starting the tether closer to geostationary orbit. Additional tether material can be used as an alternative to a station or something acting as a counterweight.

Also, since the very end of the tether is so far from earth, you could potentially use it as a giant sling to launch interplanetary payloads.
