I don't have the time to be hardcore these days.I put about 2 hours into WoWS every night after returning from work.
I'd rather play random battles in a div while progressing through the tiers. Though I'm rather interested for CW's.

And with every season that passes, I grow ever more indifferent to Flint/Black, since I would have to play 5 ranked seasons in a row, more for any future reward ships. I know it's a way to reward people who bothered since the first season, but it just gets more off-putting to newcomers with every season that passes. I'll wait instead for whatever reward comes from CWs.

In my case, I have already plenty of flags. And by plenty, I mean 800+ ESCL, 500+ Zulus, 1000+ Detonation and Repair Cost flags. Have enough gold to get a missouri, enough credits to buy a couple T10s and scarcely used free XP.

I enjoy playing randoms, I get good results in them and I rarely get tilted. In ranked, I also get good results, but I don't enjoy them as much, they're much more stressing, and I get tilted more often. I can't be bothered to play the 90-ish games to rank out.

I would rather play the variety of ships I keep in my port than a few of the select viable T7s. All while comfily chatting with divmates.

Just play the game a lot and get medals. I've only ever played a single ranked game, so it's really not necessary, but I do often play 20+ matches a day, and pick 3 signals crates every time, as well as completing almost all of the available campaign missions and all of the event missions that aren't for CVs.
A few hundred of the camos and a decent chunk of the XP flags I got from fishing for premiums in the Christmas crates though.
