Any Sion players in here?

I've started to run into trouble as him: idk if playing against shitters just taught me wrong or if I am playing it wrong in general

I almost always build full tank on him, with some exceptions where I max E and build some dorans rings.

I have pretty ok early game, stellar mid game, but late game is where things start to go wrong.

I'll initiate teamfights by ulting into the enemy team, preferably a carry if no one body blocks me
Then I basically throw out E's and autoattack until my team either cleans up or we get rolled on

Essentially, since I'm usually the first one in the fight, people immediately start focusing on me and will pop my shield or CC me out of my q before they're useful.
I have to rely on my team to actually follow up and I can't really do damage in teamfights outside my initial ult/w combo.

I guess my question is how to carry as Sion if I can't get my team focused on objectives enough to win the game before this starts to happen.

Why are hypermobile champs also great damage dealers?

How is remotelly fine for LB, Riven, Lee, Yasuo, Fiora, etc to have permadashes and lots of damage paired with great scalling? Minus Lee Sin all of those become impossible to 1v1 in mid game disregarding if they are ahead or not.

Why does Riot enforce these sort of champs with Camille being the lastest addittion to the rooster and keep them in a really broken state?

Also, as a side note, why is Yasuo allowed to build PD+Frozen Mallet and be as tanky as a Maokai but still deal twice the damage?

Shen is one of the most relevant champs of top lane what are you on.
The only thing he is bad at is laning and even then you can safe farm to some extent.
Tell me how many top laners have the pressence he has.
What Im demanding is for his skills to not feel as shallow.
The old Shen had a lot of outplay potential with w and you were actually pretty tanky with the damage reduction.

How do we rework Zeke's Harbringer?

As support I'm not always going to be next to my carry (when I'm warding or when the carry wants to take jungle camps or when the carry wants to splitpush/farm) . It's difficult timing the passive and it mostly goes off while the carry is taking farm/Dragon/tower rather than during teamfights.
