It can't create or update division templates on its own.

What that means is that germany will literally spam motorized, infantry and light tanks but never go into medium/heavy tanks and mechanized.

The game was designed with multiplayer in mind.

This makes sense because you can never deliver the game that everyone wants as a company because not everyone wants the same thing. Bethesda does this too and makes money for doing so.

First, Lanfang is able to enact Islamic Law event though it's a mahayana country. I think HPM said he wanted to just remove the decision from the game though.
The other one is that, and this may be wrong, but I think the three Laotian Kingdoms (Champasak, Vientiane/Wiang Chhan and Luang Prabang) should be able to form Laos, but currently only Luang Prabang is able to.
Also I have a whole bunch of government type specific flags I need him to implement.

I think he will come back, he's too autistic to just leave the project hanging like that.
