Depends on whether the GM likes you or not.

There's a worse issue with that, and that's the MC autoban problem, where you might get autobanned for hacking because MC sometimes gets detected as a hack for some reason.

Prot isn't a really viable PVP spec, but it's usable. You can be annoying just disarming people and never dying to melee if you have a healer but you won't really be killing anything.

Fury and Arms are both viable in PVP, Fury is definitely preferred for raid DPS.

The problem was that SS wasn't an extra or a free attack as such, rather it just reset your swingtimer to 0 making your next hit happen as soon as you hit the ability. As you can probably infir, it doesn't actualy help that much at all in terms of damage or extra attack to proc stuff. That's not how it works. PvE makes you hate your own faction way more than the other one, since they are the ones who WILL share your questing areas and therefor fuck you up in little ways which all add up. After 20 levels of getting out-tagged, chests and nodes ninja'd from under your nose, having your leveling stalled and slowed and having witnessed them fail at group quests due to their incompentence, your will will have been sorely tested. Having the opposite faction be unkillable will only exacerbate the issues. And the bots and chinamen being everywhere.

PvE exists solely to make people so mad that they'll roll on PvP on the opposite faction and start ganking with extreme prejudice.
