I use ahk for only three things in this game - powerdropping, zeah rc cutting the dark ess, and withdrawing potions from the bank for super combats. All of them were written by me with next to no knowledge of ahk programming, so they are all 1:1 and very basic remaps and mouse movements.

So I'm just going to ignore this update.

For me personally, nearly all the fun is the 1-70 in everything and questing part of the game, it's why I've made like 4 accounts over the past decade of playing on and off. One back in 2007, another in 2013, a HCIM when that mode was released, and recently an OSRS character.

You could try ironman mode, but you should probably just stop if you're not enjoying things.

That's just silly. A diagonal movement is nothing to whine about. I didn't even know regular mousekeys couldn't do that. Surely all of the 3:1 complex script cancer is what killed ahk. If Jagex was just clear on their rules in the first place I would gladly split the directional movement into two different keys - it wouldn't make a single difference to me.

If Jagex was so adamant about the mousekey and ahk issue then they would ban it outright with no tolerance. Then why do they keep it around as semi allowed? If abuse of the program was the issue then all Jagex would have to do is release an integrated but limited version in their own game and ban all 3rd party software, or maybe allow features like quick drop and quick withdraw in one click.

The biggest value of ahk is the time it saves from the mouse movements.
