Do a little bit of poker at the casino, try to get some decent double ups so you can buy 5 pots and 10 berries daily. Use those to leech EX+ and host nightmare raids. Use the tickets you get from that on the gacha. If you get the SSR weapon (I suggest you start with the dagger, since it will help you a lot in the long run) reset the box and get the next one, until you have 4. If you're lucky you can get all 4 this event, if not you'll at least have some for when you can finish it later.

XP (used to level up classes and characters) and RP (used to level up your MC) values depend on the damage dealt to the enemy.

Loot is awarded just by participation (doing 1 damage is enough), for raids theres 4 tiers of loot brown, silver, gold, all this are chance based with gold being the lower. The fourth tier are red chests which are only available on raids and have the best kind of loot, theres only 2 per raid and have 100% chance of dropping, one for the player hosting the raid and the other for the MVP (player who did the most damage), you can get both.
Theres also a special kind of gold chest with the same tier of loot than red chest that can be awarded to anyone, this gold chest is normally normally called a flip chest ( because it makes a flip followed by an harp sound) but its drop rate is incredible low.
