Sorry, but I have to let off steam here.

Everyone seems to be bashing Nordic Jarls for letting in refugees and not doing enough to stop magic attacks.

I've been living in Windhelm for all of my life, I moved to Solstheim for few months, years maybe. But I love my hold. Yes, there is inequality and crime and terrible things happening in Windhelm and in the rest of Skyrim. Like everywhere else.

But if you are a bit familiar with Ulfric, you should know he is one of the best, if not the best policy makers in the world. Since his takeover, Nordic economy, aid for those in need and pretty much everything else has improved a lot.

As to the refugees, of course they are an incredible burden for us and other holds of Skyrim. But what do you want to do if not let them in? You can't close the borders (see Solstheim and the most fundamental elements of the ever-growing Legion). In my opinion, you can't send them back or just let them die on their own, because that's not only cruel but also selfish as f***. We have the capabilities of taking them in, the majority of these people are the most thankful and giving members in our whole society. And if High Rock, or the Summerset Isles, or just anybody would have agreed to at least take in a fraction of the number Windhelm took in, no country would have been in much trouble to give them a new home.

And what about the Telvanni? First off, the majority of Telvanni aren't refugees. Check that in the Imperial Library or whereever you like. Most of them are radicalised at home or in the internet. And those who came as refugees would have found another way, no doubt. It's easy to get to Skyrim-just look at the Forsworn. This place is so open in any way, you just cannot give 100% security. As many of you might know, "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.".

So for god's sake let these Dunmer people live here, don't blame an entire group that is 99.9% peaceful.

Thank you. It's the vanilla orc preset 1 jawline moved slightly back for less underbite. Made a bunch of changes to the rest of the face though. Had to get rid of that caveman brow and flat orc nose.

ELDER SCROLLS SIX COMPLETE LEAKS:

Try starting a new game a judge its stability. If you can play around for a few hours without issue, then I would try running your old save through standard savegame script scalpel (or similar application) cleaning.

If it is a new save, then your options are limited. At that point I'd try just cutting out mods and do some trial and error. Start by removing mods that active at regular intervals, like Wet & Cold. The mod is fine, but maybe you just have too much stuff going on.

Currently, I've use BV a ton, but only played a couple of Sacrosanct runs. I found Sacrosanct to be nice, but it didn't 'feel' like you were a vampire any more - Vampires should always be starving and need blood, in Sacrosanct that simply isn't the case and quite often when you have the opportunity to feed, you can't because your ability to hypnotize them is gone until you get hungrier. I did't really like that.

Sacrosanct is MOSTLY just a perk overhaul, so it makes sense to simply build a patch for it. You have to give up Royal Bloodline to have it, but honestly, Sacrosanct is better than Royal Bloodline I think.

For the most part is felt like I had BV and Sacrosanct installed at the same time (on my second plathru now with the patch) and I like it a lot, perhaps a little too OP, but you can role-play that or fix it with mods if you want.

Overall, I think it's now permanently in my load order. And I LOVE my vampire/werewolf/lich mods. I always play a hybrid of all three. Albeit, I'm not exactly super 'lore friendly' either, more like a d&d player, but that's beside the point. I love the freedom BV gives ya and I won't live without it.

I know many of us use the racemenu mod to make your character actually look good in skyrim but I was wondering if anyone can help me.
I know it's not elder scrolls but I figured this would be a good place with the whole racemenu comparison. Serious Sam HD let you cut down trees with a chainsaw. Also you could regrow Cherry trees in Okami. Minecraft, obviously. There's probably a fucking tree pokemon by now. OOT has a tree dungeon in the first level, trees are the easiest way to make money in Animal Crossing.

I'm a couple of hours into Nehrim.

I had a very similar body randomizer mod for Fallout 4 that was much much lighter.

usually I do that as well, I like to enjoy and build on frostfall/campfire perks first and improve my bow use until like lvl 20-30 (play a 'good guy/gal'). But the last time I played, I started the LAL as a vampire lord just for curiosity (I almost always just start off camping). I was pretty damn tough from the go.I usually don't get bored of a playthru until about level 60-80, but on that run I was done at 25'ish and I'm now at like 35, so I'm about to start anew actually. Just trying to tweak my follower feeding mod a bit first, but I'm beginning to think it will take a while to integrate it into BV which kind of sucks, but I'll get it sooner or later. ;-P

I also found a cool 'ripping out a heart' animation recently, that I'd like to see if I can get working for a vampire lord and lich form so that they can feed as a werewolf just as my werewolf feeds as a vampire the same time they feed.

Hm. UNPB is fine. Fair Skin...well, some people like it, i personally think its not a good skin texture. Makes the faces flat and the lips look bloated like sausages.

You also must know that your ENB plays a crucial role in making literally anything look good. No texture looks good without ENB, since you are missing SubSurfaceScattering, which creates the effect of translucent skin. That and a few other important effects. Do not use Nexus ENB's.

Depending on your rig, try out TKRE or Rampage(google it). http://pastebin.com/6w2ESdQD November 16 build is the newest i believe.

the issue being that a few shouts are always worth using (slow time) because of how efficient they are compared to their cost. And since shout cooldowns are shared, unless you`re being fancy you'd never bother using anything else.

Thunderchild addresses this issue by giving you free shouts/cooldown reset in several situations, like entering or leaving combat, or having your first shout be free.

This just exacerbates the issue, in my opinion. I won't stop spamming slow time to use other shouts, I'll just use slow time even more.

I found a mod that gives each shout its down individual cooldown. So I can slow time, elemental fury, whirlwind sprint and unrelenting force one after the other, but I also made a small mod to make certain shouts have much longer cooldowns to account for their extra power.

Well he's a follower in that shot (not my game) so he'd use his own meshes and textures and stuff. In my own game, I use the Custom Races mod and just drag and drop the bits I need into the relevant folders. Works just fine.

Good new Mistel, no issues at all. Everything was removed from Riftens worldspace and no CTDs or clipping outside.

Man, thanks to Ada for bringing this mod to light. It's like a whole new town outside Riften. Ofcourse than you for editing it.

Though I will warn people, the area that the oil refinery was will still have the mechanical sounds. But I guess it fits in with the docks. Aswell, NPCs have greyface issues.

I can confirmed it will work with Dawn of Riften, Better Docks and Riften Fish District.

This mod also has my favorite thing, tight allyways.

Still testing Pirates of the North, so far no issues. If I dont run into any this is totally going on my recommended list.

Apparently this mod uses the same armor I gave Snakestone. Two variants, how would I go about replacing the one that is just like his? Change the meshes? I dont mind the brown versions but id like the black variation to stay his alone.

Change the mesh to make it a totally different armor I guess. Id probably replace it from Immersive Armors or Briganadge, since it seems only one follower it adds uses Snakestones variation of the armor.

Swapping out the mesh should work fine. But to do it properly you'll need to replace it in the CK to make sure there's no loose ends like broken slots and whatnot.
