i don't know if i understood what you need but there is a value for gases called "specific heat" or "heat capacity"; the higher the specific heat, the more energy required to heat up the mixture (= they absorb more heat and they cool better). here the values per mole:

O2 - 20
N2 - 20
CO2 - 30

by the way, if you're a ghost and use the "analyze air" verb you can see the total heat capacity for the gases on that tile.
