I'd suggest doing heroics and FPs as they always gave better equipment than the shit you could get from the story. By 60+ all of your loot starts to turn into Outlander gear which puts you at end-game.

other than that, just keep an eye out for green drops, I guess?
though the solo flashpoints drop based on their level, not yours, so there's a few brackets where you can consistently get the world drop greens at any level

For a 60 who hasn't started the expansions, you're neutral. For 65, your bar may be neutral, but they pick random LS/DS shit for you regardless of your side from the previous chapters.

Though it looks like they fixed it, when I first made a 65 token BH, she apparently did both good and evil deeds in KotFE, it was all random. I even had some info on companions that showed I somehow managed to make both choices from important conversations. For instance, on Koth it said he was pleased I saved the people of Zakuul and horrified that I left them to die - I had both outcomes.

It's now saying I made mostly DS choices and the contradictory choice info is gone.
