There's no point in steam cloud for Terraria
If you want to move your characters and world to another PC just copy paste them into a USB stick.
Easier and safer then relying on a system that can delete your saves.

Correction: Remind me why I ever try to convince myself NPCs won't just be spawnkilled eternally in this game, and that it's even worth doing anything but commieblocks knowing nothing a player can possibly do will actually stop their NPCs from dying constantly, especially during invasions.
