You can usually build at least one good deck just with your initial packs by liquefying them and crafting the cards you need as long as you aren't trying to build a deck with like 8 legends. from what I can tell. So really nothing more than you want to spend to get more decks.

You really don't need to spend any money on it you get so many free packs it's easy to make a to p tier deck for free. Rerolling isn't that important, you should just get all the free packs and do the story mode to see what class you like, then do things like beat the elite ai for 1.4k gold and the 20 private matches for 2k more then buy packs and work towards building a deck for the class you like

The earlier you start the more free goodies you'll rake in. Cygames is super generous and you can craft a t1 deck on day one if you want, read the rerolling guide.

Is there ANY dragon deck that can win reliably?

I need 3 wins and I'm 6 games in and haven't gotten one..

I just lost to a discard dragon that had his deck built up similarly to roach OTK. He used gobbu to fish out his dragonewts, the OTK with 2x newts into AF into AF.

Is there any way to make this as consistent as roach OTK? Seems strong in theory.

In this meta yes, every deck will drag it out as much as possible even if they have 3 health. Unless of course you play Daria or have a godhand with Blood which never happens to me atleast, and yeah some decks like Elana, Control Blood, etc..drag my deck into turn 9 and are surprised or caught off guard when I still burst them down. I started at the steam release not too long ago and I've got a highest tier deck for every class bar 1 (and I could go jew some spare cards for that deck too)

I have Aggro Sword, Aggro Blood, Nep + Aggro Shadow, Roach Elf, Daria Rune and Face Dragon.

Fuck Haven and even Dragon "meta" decks are garbage this expansion apart from JO Dragon so last seasons Face dragon is more than enough for me to easily do dailies.

Technically that might be all classes bar 2 but I have enough materials to finish off Seraph if I wanted to (Have 1 Seraph, 1 Themis, 2 Tribunal)
