they have two options:

upgrade server (not worth for a quick SA/SEA summer vacancy bump)
kill some channels and increase the number of possible instances

Fletcher 3 > Hakka/Mergen is only really good for bossing, and requires a bit of funding.

Ranger 3 > SR3 takes a bit less to fund (Retreat shot being your only attribute you really need to level) and can be taken into ET/Solmiki when you have the right set up and are funded enough. Not very good for bossing but great for AoE.

You could do a Wugushi build of : Archer2>Rang>Wugu3>R7 (Rogue, Scout, Fwee) > R8 (probably just mergen unless you went cannon or musk for R7).

Since it's your first character and you don't really have the funding and just want to play something that can be fun, i don't know if i would recommend fletcher3>Hakka/Mergen. It was pretty shit to grind up, but being at the end game i just get to kill bosses mostly now. So i enjoy it.

SR3 is pretty fun but the first two circles of it are suffering because you have only retreat shot to use but once you hit C3 it's pretty good. Can be taken into ET/Solmiki when funded and geared up too which is pretty nice. I don't know how well it could clear dungeons for silver but i'm sure it could do fine but not as quickly as some other builds.

If you want a dungeon farming build i hear Scout 3 Fwee Mergen is a solid setup for it. I can't really say you'll have fun leveling it up, but i do hear its good at full clearing the 145 for silver. 3 full runs of that solo gives you about 1mil silver. Scout 3 is supposed to be able to clear it rather quickly too.

Class system, wide variety of available archetypes (even if they aren't equally viable), "fun" skills like Change Gender, Change, and Druid transform with interesting interactions with other skills as well.
