Blood Fury is good for those low level encounters 1-10 where you have to melee and it can be the difference between living and dying. After that its fairly useless. I mean maybe as a last resort in a fight when you've used all your consumables. Pet damage is decent.

Stun resist is still the best thing since sliced bread. I actually would take it over WoTF.

Paladins are an issue if they get in range, sure, but you've got plenty of ways to get out. Once they've blown cooldowns you've still got Deterrence, Aspect of the Monkey and Scatter Shot. I think most good Hunters will get out with just one of those. FD & trapping works wonders too.
