Guys, explain me one thing: i am playing soldier, they have pharah, my job is to kill pharah, right? But how the fuck is this possible when her hitbox (according to her and mine position on the map) is half of a fucking pixel on my screen, and whenever this bitch is taking damage she instantly flies to the nearest building or gets fucking burst healed by this broken ass fuck ana. And remember, i have only 4 bullets of hitscan, so i basically need to keep absolute brilliant bullet control and also need to hit fucking shots for around 3-5 seconds straight. Just how it can be done? Oh and when i'm busy killing rein shields or killing some other shit this bitch flanks and wipes my team with ult in 0.0000000001 second, and it's my fucking fault, ok.

Don't take it personally when your special school of a team blames you if you're soldier and they have a good pharah. Pharah's who position themselves well tend to not die to soldiers just casually picking them off.

Having a soldier on the team doesn't mean the enemy Pharah is going to be spending 100% of her time in the spawn room. If there's a really good pharah though, hunt her. Make sure before you do other stuff that Pharah isn't about to swoop in.

Sometimes it doesn't matter though. You won't be able to get an angle on her without stepping into spam, or she'll surprise you from a weird angle and pick you off.

When both you AND her are doing it right, though, she won't be dying but you'll be keeping her off the team enough. Oftentimes your team will just get out of position, and with her jetpack Pharah is very good at wiping people out of position.

Zarya can't chase to confirm kills, and her DPS at close range is not as high as D.va's unless she's mostly charged, and even then a lot of it goes off into the void. I'd imagine we'll be seeing more and more of a D.va as attack tank and Zarya a defense tank, although both can certainly contribute going either direction.

So the hook will break if line of sight does too. I think the intent is to stop shit like webm related happening.

But looking through my shadowplay clips I found a lot of instances of where the hook hits, line of sight breaks, but I think it's still "fair" to reel them in. Under the new system ALL of these hooks would break I'd imagine.

Restore double-jump reset after wall climbing

McCree:
Flashbang becomes a very short duration Sombra-style ability silence, so that you can still stop somebody from dashing away or using a shield but they can still fight back

Pharah:
Larger splash and greater damage at extreme close range

Junkrat:
Bear trap should be more visible and fix instances where it clips through the ground partially

Reinhardt:
Charge damage should be nerfed, I can't think of a logical reason why it does ~250 damage.

Actually no, shotguns are less effected by armor than weapons like s76's rifle or tracer's pistols. Armor fucks over low damage high firerate, shotgun damage is still really high and it chews through armor which is why Roadhog and Reaper fuck up tanks
