Despite the one or two fags who can't shut up about Arthur being somehow really great, it's all really, really bland.

Part of it is the fact that it's a prequel so it can't really delve into much regarding the characters that will reappear like him, but even the orognalcast isn't exactly stellar. Crazy Loli is a dullness black hole, Ozzy is straight-up fanfiction-tier "OCDONUTSTEELGil but without the heaving flaws and then everyone realizes he was right" with an NP that sounds like it was written by an 11-year old breathlessly throwing every broken effect he could think off and the rest is just either not terribly interesting or ineffectual due to the non-chronological delivery that really doesn't add anything and seems to be mostly a gimmick.

The quality is kind of like London: there's a story going on, but fuck me if I care about most of it.

I'm personally a robotfag so Babbage's design really strikes me a lot. I also like how the design is played with, like you can see it is obviously a robot suit but he still resembles a suit with the top hat and the bow tie even.

Also him being a steam autist makes him funny and cute. To that add my little comprehension of the story but I think it is mentioned that Holmes got involved because of Babbage's request and Edison contacts him a lot too, so he isn't just a joke character but actually lives to his scientist fame. I could be wrong here tho, I live with some old spoilers after all.

Caligula is vastly more famous as the great fuckup crazy emperor of Rome and if it weren't for the Christian hateboner for Nero, he'd just be one of a plethora of shitty Roman emperors nobody can name offhand.

Pretending there is any similarity in the notoriety of Nero and King Arthur is ridiculous.
