Nice shot! I struggled trying to do it at first but then someone told me about a glitch, if you set it to player controlled and then go into the options and check the button mapping it places both players on the same controller, that's how I had them running together in the first webm.

You spend another 300 ki to fire it again, which also re-aims it. It's kinda okay for a surprise attack, since not everyone sees that second shot coming or even knows that it re-aims, but that's about it.

If you do hit the first beam, though, don't immediately pump that 300 ki into it, let it fire for a bit so it does some extra damage.

Not damage worth 600 ki, but more damage regardless.

The other One-Handed Kamehameha is better just for its ability to skip the flips. Though I still use both.

I'd make it a Super Soul you have to unlock through the story mode. Honestly, the new transformations could be solved by making Super Souls that change the base Super Saiyan form rather than cluttering up the game with more transformations for Saiyans.

Hell, you could even put in the other variants of Super Saiyan from the Cell Saga, like Full Power Super Saiyan and Super Trunks.

Is it really so complex to have a Super Soul that gives you a different aura and hair colour on transformation? I can understand something like Super Vegeta or Ultra Trunks being more difficult, since you'd have to bulk up the character models, but for SSG and SSB, it should be fairly simple.

And adding in a transformation skill for SSB would effectively render all the other ones pointless, since it would have to have a higher buff than the likes of SV2 and SS3. If it's a simple off shoot of Super Saiyan 1, then it still gives a reason for certain people to use the other transformation beyond nostalgia or roleplay purposes.

Not Rechow but what they did was side step right after vanishing, which is achieved by pressing dash once and the control stick in the direction you want to step.
Side steps are usually better than backsteps, reason being that a backstep always gives your character a delay before doing an action like blocking. Side steps don't do this.
And because they used side step, they were in the perfect position to capitalise on their opponent's mistake and break their guard using a charged heavy attack.

The only downside to SSB is the one in the manga of 'If you power down and then transform back into it, you lose a shitton of power' which isn't really going to be relevant, except in group. Even then, it's unlikely that you'd be revived to use your weakened transformation because your team members will just get collapsed on by the enemy and not have time to get you back up.

Okay except this conversation is clearly about the videogame and the implications of adding SSB to the game. SSJ3 is the most powerful Saiyan transformation in the game.

There's nothing that would indicate SSB is any better than SSJ in terms of stamina, and though ki management is superior it's not perfect, if you follow the manga's ideas. It could easily be added as a sort of compromise between SSJ3 and SV2 in terms of melee/ki damage with better ki/stamina regen penalties.

It doesn't need to be exactly true to the "canon", because it is a videogame and balance considerations are far more important than staying 100% true to source material. That's why SSJ is only a tiny fractional increase in power.
